PattersonCarCare.com offers for sale its Product(s) and/or Services(s) according to its standard Product Availability. Due to high demand, some of PattersonCarCare.com’s offered products may be on a delayed shipping time. Although most orders ship on schedule, we appreciate your patience with any possible delays.

 

RESPONSIBLE PRACTICES AND LIABILITIES

PattersonCarCare.com customarily provides sales and technical support assistance before, during and after the purchase process, and endeavors to provide accurate and helpful information to Customer. However, Customer shall be solely responsible for making a final determination as to the suitability and compatibility of PattersonCarCare.com’s product(s) and/or services for Customer's intended use. All cars, paints, and surfaces are unique - if you're unsure of how a product will react on your vehicle, we recommend testing on a small inconspicuous area and monitoring results. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you release Patterson Car Care, LLC from any and all liability regarding the result or results from using the products sold on our website.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All orders are shipped from Pompano Beach, FL. Patterson Car Care strives to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may extend shipping times by an additional business day.

 

RETURNS

If you wish to return or exchange an UNUSED product that is 100% in original condition and purchased within 30 days, please email info@pattersoncarcare.com. If your order was received with any damages or errors, please contact us immediately within 7 days to be eligible for an order correction.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and make take up to 10 business days to reach your account depending on your financial institution. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 


Products on Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
